Shipping Policy

Last Updated: 3rd December 2025

Overview

This Shipping Policy applies only to products purchased through the Jenste Ltd online store.
Shipping for manufacturing and assembly services (including PCB assembly, prototyping, and production work) is handled separately as part of your service agreement or quotation.

If you’re unsure which applies to you, feel free to contact us.

Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all retail orders on the same day they are placed.
However, this isn’t always possible due to stock, workload, or courier schedules.

Please allow 3–5 working days from the date of purchase for your order to be shipped unless we inform you otherwise.

If an order is delayed, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

UK Shipping

We use Parcelforce 24 and Parcelforce 48 for UK mainland deliveries.
You can select your preferred option at checkout.

Standard UK mainland shipping cost:

  • £10.00 for next-day delivery (Parcelforce 24)

Larger or heavier orders may incur additional fees, which will be shown at checkout before payment.

European Shipping

For customers in Europe, we ship using Parcelforce international services.
The specific service used will depend on your destination country.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.

Worldwide Shipping (Outside Europe)

For deliveries outside of Europe, please contact us directly for a personalised shipping quote:

steve@jenste.co.uk

International delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen service.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
Jenste Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped using tracked services.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Manufacturing Services Shipping (Important)

If you are working with us on a manufacturing, assembly, or production project, shipping terms are defined within your project quotation or contract.
These may include:

  • Courier method
  • Packaging requirements
  • Lead times
  • Insurance
  • Handling of returned materials or components

The retail shipping policy does not apply to manufacturing work.
